DALLAS, Texas, United States, March 2025 — TRG, the Dallas-based independent advertising agency, has announced that Pete Lempert will succeed Glenn Dady as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective March 31, 2025. Lempert, a longtime principal at TRG, has been with the agency since 1994, leading business for major brands such as Corona Beer, Nokia, Advance Auto Parts, Amstel Beer, Learjet, Mohawk Flooring, Charles Schwab, Orkin, and Sewell Automotive Companies.
Promoted to Principal in 1996, Lempert later took on the role of Chief Development Officer and Managing Principal in 2024.
“Pete has been with the agency for more than 30 years and brings a unique skill set to this new role,” said Dady. “He has the perfect combination of creativity and business acumen. He is a proven leader who has consistently delivered results for our clients while improving the employee experience and culture within the agency.”
Lempert expressed enthusiasm for his new leadership role, reaffirming TRG’s dedication to creative excellence and adapting to the evolving marketing landscape.
“It’s an honor to lead this incredible independent agency into our next chapter,” said Lempert. “We have always been known as a creative powerhouse, where we make brands memorable, and that will never change. But TRG and the marketplace have shifted dramatically over the past five years too. We are well positioned for the future, where bold ideas will be nurtured to succeed in a rapidly changing marketplace.”
A graduate of Denison University in Granville, Ohio, Lempert started his career at Bozell & Jacobs in Dallas, where he worked with clients such as Dial, American Airlines, NationsBank, Armour Foods, and Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems.
Outgoing CEO Glenn Dady reflected on his tenure and the agency’s future under Lempert’s leadership.
“I am extremely proud of this agency for everything we have accomplished, proud of our clients and partners, and proud of the work. I can’t wait to watch the continued success,” said Dady.
