Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Dr. Apurva Pradeep Joshi has been appointed Independent Non-Executive Director at Kataline Ltd. In her new role, she will support the company’s governance framework, provide independent oversight, and contribute to strategic direction as the business strengthens its nationwide footprint in road safety infrastructure.
Dr. Joshi brings a distinguished portfolio of governance and advisory roles. She currently serves on the boards of Quick Heal Technologies Ltd., Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd., Precision Camshafts Ltd., Fino PayTech Ltd., Nihilent, Regreen-Excel EPC India, Eleganz Interiors, Paramount Speciality Forgings Ltd., and Covidh Technologies Ltd. Earlier in her career, Dr. Joshi gained hands-on leadership experience as CEO of Fraudexpress, where she pioneered a media platform dedicated to financial crime awareness, and at Rinder India Pvt. Ltd. (now Minda Rinder), where she served as Independent Director in the automotive lighting sector. She has also held governance roles across fintech, automotive, and technology domains, building a track record of multidisciplinary expertise.
