Professional Journey at CRIF:

Kapil Kella has been with CRIF for nearly two years, initially joining the company as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Over this period, he has been instrumental in refining the company’s talent management strategies and enhancing its recruitment processes across various sectors.

Previous Roles and Experience:

Prior to his tenure at CRIF, Kella served as Assistant Vice President at Huntsmen & Barons from September 2020 to June 2022. In this role, he was responsible for leading three business verticals, managing a team of over 70 members, and overseeing significant client and stakeholder relations, all of which contributed to robust business development and revenue management.

Before joining Huntsmen & Barons, Kella amassed a broad range of experience over fifteen years in various Talent Acquisition and HR roles, where he specialized in end-to-end recruitment processes, client management, and team leadership. His expertise spans multiple domains including IT, manufacturing, and realty, with a geographic reach that covers APAC, Oceania, the US, and Canada.

Throughout his extensive career, Kella has demonstrated a profound ability to lead recruitment operations, manage high-stake client relationships, and develop strategic talent acquisition initiatives that align with corporate objectives. His skills in vendor management, RPO, and HR operations have been pivotal in his success across various organizational settings.
