Singapore, May 2026 — Kellie Twigge has joined Petredec Group as Group Head of Human Resources, marking a major leadership move for the global LPG supply, shipping, and distribution leader as it continues expanding its international footprint across clean energy, logistics, and downstream infrastructure markets.
In this new role, Twigge will lead enterprise-wide human resources strategy, organizational development, leadership capability, talent management, workforce transformation, culture, and global people operations across Petredec’s extensive international business ecosystem.
Before joining Petredec Group, Twigge built an exceptional 13-year global HR leadership career at bp, where she most recently served as Global Head of HR for bp’s Supply, Trading & Shipping entity and bp Singapore, overseeing more than 4,000 employees across 16 countries. In this role, she partnered with senior leadership to support strategic acquisitions, commercial growth, headquarters transformation, organizational resilience, and enterprise-wide culture development.
Earlier at bp, she served as Global HR Director, Head of HR, HR Manager, and Senior HR Business Partner, leading global workforce redesign, low-carbon shipping strategy, HR modernization, digital systems transformation, DE&I, talent development, and strategic people agendas across Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific, and global trading operations. Her broad leadership across trading, shipping, maritime, and commercial ecosystems positions her strongly for Petredec’s global LPG business.
Twigge also served as Non-Executive Director at BP Maritime Services, strengthening her governance and strategic board-level leadership profile.
Beyond corporate leadership, Twigge currently serves on the Executive Board of the New Zealand Chamber (Singapore), where she has held President, Vice President, and Secretary positions, reflecting her commitment to broader business community leadership.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership positions with SABMiller and Vero Insurance NZ Ltd, where she developed expertise in global transformation, HR systems, organizational design, and enterprise capability building.
With over two decades of HR leadership across energy, logistics, shipping, insurance, and multinational operations, Twigge brings exceptional strategic HR, governance, and transformation capabilities to Petredec Group.
