New Delhi, Delhi, India, May 2026 – Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Limited (HOEC) has appointed Preeti Grover as an Independent Director, further strengthening the company’s governance framework and board leadership capabilities.
Sharing her thoughts on the appointment, Preeti Grover expressed gratitude to the Board for the trust and confidence placed in her and noted that she looks forward to working closely with fellow directors to uphold the highest standards of corporate governance.
With nearly three decades of experience across corporate governance, company law, board advisory, compliance management, and secretarial practice, Preeti Grover brings deep expertise in governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and board advisory services across listed and private organizations.
Currently, Preeti Grover serves as Internal Committee Member under the POSH Framework for organizations including India Glycols Limited, The Hi-Tech Gears Limited, and Varindera Constructions Limited, where she contributes to strengthening workplace governance, compliance, and employee protection frameworks.
Alongside this, she has been actively associated with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for several years. She currently serves as NIRC Member Elect 2023–2027, while previously serving as Chairperson of the Noida Chapter of NIRC of ICSI. During her tenure, she led numerous professional development initiatives, seminars, workshops, and governance-focused programs for company secretaries and students across India.
Preeti Grover has also been leading her independent professional practice, PG & Associates, for more than two decades. Through the firm, she has advised organizations on corporate governance, board appointments, statutory compliance, company incorporations, LLP structuring, annual filings, secretarial audits, LODR compliance, governance reporting, and corporate restructuring initiatives. Her work has included advising listed companies, private enterprises, and LLPs on a broad range of governance and regulatory matters.
Earlier in her career, she worked as Specialist Officer (Company Secretary) at Oriental Bank of Commerce, where she was associated with the Board Secretariat and corporate governance functions of the listed banking institution. Her responsibilities included board processes, governance reporting, listing agreement compliance, annual reports, and coordination of board and committee meetings.
She also served as Company Secretary at Havells India Ltd, where she managed end-to-end company secretarial functions including board processes, regulatory filings, annual report preparation, stock exchange compliance, and shareholder-related activities.
Across her professional journey, Preeti Grover has built extensive expertise in corporate governance, board advisory, compliance management, secretarial practice, regulatory affairs, governance reporting, and statutory compliance.
