Dr. Arcot, a highly respected global CHRO and workforce strategist, brings with her more than two decades of global HR leadership experience across top-tier organizations and will now lead three transformational verticals at Metamorphyst: CHROCREW, Fractional HR Talent, and GCC-as-a-Service (GCCaaS).
Before joining Metamorphyst, Dr. Archana Arcot served as Chief People Officer at Unifi Aviation-USA, where she led HR for over 40,000 essential frontline employees across 200+ airports. Her tenure at Unifi was marked by large-scale HR transformation initiatives, especially focused on the integration of artificial intelligence in workforce management.
Prior to Unifi, she was with Infosys BPM Americas for approximately 12 years, where she held the role of Head of Human Resources – Americas. During her time at Infosys, she played a pivotal role in shaping HR transformation policies, leading strategic HR initiatives, and advancing workforce engagement and digital capabilities across global operations.
Her professional journey also includes leadership roles at Infosys McCamish and WNS Global Services, where she built and scaled HR functions within tech and tech-enabled businesses.
Dr. Arcot’s strong educational foundation includes a PhD in Human Resources Development from XLRI Jamshedpur, along with executive programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business and INSEAD, and certifications in Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) and Change Management from PROSCI.
