A seasoned people strategist and transformation leader, Dr. Donnell joins at a pivotal time as the company scales operations and strengthens its talent foundation to support its continued growth and innovation in the supply chain space.
As CPO, Dr. Jen Donnell will lead enterprise-wide people initiatives, focusing on culture transformation, leadership development, workforce alignment, and building a future-ready talent strategy to drive Cargomatic’s mission of reshaping the trillion-dollar logistics industry.
Before joining Cargomatic, Dr. Jen Donnell served as Vice President of People and Culture at Amuneal Manufacturing Corp, where she led inclusion, people, and culture strategies across the U.S. and Thailand, contributing to leadership development and global workforce integration.
Earlier, she was Vice President of Human Resources at the YMCA of Montclair, where she directed a $3M HR budget and led complex merger initiatives involving multiple YMCA branches. Her leadership in change management and strategic planning helped guide the organization through transformative collaboration and efficiency improvements.
Prior to that, Dr. Donnell was Head of People at Trulieve, where she led HR strategy across talent acquisition, learning, and operations. She played a key role in transforming unskilled labor pools into fully functional high-performing teams during key acquisitions, resulting in the successful integration of hundreds of employees across three business verticals.
Her prior leadership roles include serving as Regional Director of Human Resources & DEI at Comcast Advertising, and Global Head of People at Persado, a global AI-powered marketing platform, where she managed people operations across LATAM, Europe, and the U.S. She has also held senior HR positions at Amazon, Ingersoll Rand, and Vanguard, and has served in academic and thought leadership roles with the Forbes Business Council, SUNY Westchester, and Chief.
