Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, October 2025 – Stefanini Group, a leading global technology consulting and digital transformation company, has announced the appointment of Dr. Kanwar Pravir Singh as Senior Director – People & Performance for the APAC region. In this expanded leadership role, Dr. Singh will drive organizational effectiveness, business alignment, and performance excellence while partnering with senior leadership to shape a future-ready organization.
With more than two decades of diverse experience spanning technology, consulting, manufacturing, and defense sectors, Dr. Singh brings a unique blend of strategic foresight and operational expertise. His appointment marks a significant step in Stefanini’s continued focus on people excellence, performance culture, and cross-functional integration across geographies.
Before assuming this regional leadership role, Dr. Kanwar Pravir Singh served as Director – People & Culture, India at Stefanini North America and APAC, where he led strategic HR initiatives, organizational design, and capability development to align people functions with the company’s growth ambitions in India and the Asia-Pacific markets.
Earlier, he was part of Reliance Industries Limited as Senior General Manager – HR Transformation, where he spearheaded technology-enabled talent management and learning interventions across multiple Reliance Group entities, including Reliance Retail, Reliance Brands, and Network 18. His work was instrumental in modernizing people systems and integrating HR technologies across large-scale business operations.
Prior to Reliance, he worked with EY (Ernst & Young) as Assistant Director – Workforce Advisory, leading consulting engagements in HR strategy, organizational design, performance management, and change management for clients across industries and global markets.
Dr. Singh’s entrepreneurial and leadership journey also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer & Head of OD Interventions at Umbrio Consulting Pvt. Ltd., where he led HR consulting, talent acquisition, and business process re-engineering initiatives. Before that, he held senior HR roles at GHCL Limited and Trident Group India, contributing to strategic workforce and culture-building programs.
A distinguished professional, Dr. Singh began his career as a Commissioned Officer (Sub Lieutenant) in the Indian Navy, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and operational excellence—qualities that continue to define his approach to people and performance management.
