Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2025 – Dr. Kiranpreett Kaur has taken on the role of Chief of People at CPM India, bringing with her a wealth of HR leadership experience across diverse industries. In her new capacity, Dr. Kaur will spearhead the company’s people strategy, aligning talent development, engagement, and organizational culture initiatives with CPM India’s vision of delivering exceptional sales, marketing, and customer experience outcomes.
Dr. Kaur most recently served as Head of Human Resources at ShipGlobal.in for over a year, where she managed the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and development to culture building, performance management, and employee engagement. She played a pivotal role in ensuring alignment between the HR ecosystem and the organization’s strategic goals.
Before that, she was Vice President at a leading organization for four years, where she led initiatives in talent management, performance management, succession planning, HR process re-engineering, digitization, compensation & benefits, and employee experience. She drove several strategic HR projects, enhanced stakeholder engagement, and implemented organizational restructuring and automation initiatives.
Earlier, Dr. Kaur spent more than four years with Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (Times Group) as Manager (Human Resources). In this role, she focused on employee development, relations, retention, and engagement, alongside policy formulation, talent acquisition, and the launch of internal platforms to enhance employee communication and experience.
Alongside her professional career, Dr. Kaur is also an author of “HR Rewired: AI, AGI & ASI Transforming HR Forever”, reflecting her deep interest in the intersection of human resources and emerging technologies.
