Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 — NIIT has appointed Dr. Manmeet Kaur Wilkhoo as Head HR – Operations, marking a significant addition to the organization’s people leadership team. In this role, she will be responsible for strengthening HR operations and supporting NIIT’s talent and workforce transformation agenda across its India operations.
Dr. Manmeet Kaur Wilkhoo joins NIIT with deep experience across HR operations, shared services, and people leadership spanning aviation, technology, consulting, and financial services sectors. Her appointment comes at a time when NIIT continues to expand its global footprint as a trusted learning and talent transformation partner.
Prior to joining NIIT, Dr. Wilkhoo served as Head People & Culture – North America at CoreStack, where she spent over two years leading people and culture initiatives for the region, based in Seattle, Washington. Her role focused on strengthening organizational culture and people practices within a high-growth technology environment.
Before CoreStack, she spent nearly six years with IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd.) as Senior Human Resources Manager, based in Gurugram. During this phase, she played a key role in HR management within one of India’s largest aviation organizations, contributing to operational HR stability and people processes during a period of sustained growth.
Earlier in her career, Dr. Manmeet Kaur Wilkhoo built a strong HR foundation through roles at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, Tata AIG General Insurance, Bharti Airtel, Unicon Investment Solutions, and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. Across these organizations, she worked in HR shared services, regional HR operations, and people support functions, gaining broad exposure across industries and workforce models.
