Smith Structures (India) Pvt. Ltd. is excited to announce the appointment of Dr. Mehul V Mandaliya as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. Dr. Mandaliya, brings over a decade of extensive experience in HR management, strategic policy implementation, and legal compliance, which will be crucial in steering the company’s HR initiatives.
Prior to joining Smith Structures, Dr. Mandaliya served as the Corporate Head of HR, IR, Admin, and Legal at GSP Crop Science Pvt Ltd from January 2018 to March 2023. In this role, he was instrumental in transforming the HR department into a strategic business partner across the organization, improving performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, which significantly enhanced employee relations and operational efficiency.
Before his tenure at GSP Crop Science, Dr. Mandaliya held significant roles in several other leading organizations, including as the Corporate Head – HR & Legal at Smith Structures (India) Pvt. Ltd., where he laid foundational HR practices and led strategic HR initiatives from May 2017 to January 2018. He also managed HR operations at Phenix Construction Technologies, focusing on HR digitalization and policy standardization from June 2012 to May 2017.
In addition to his recent roles, Dr. Mandaliya has a proven track record of successful HR management in various other capacities, providing robust leadership and innovative solutions in HR practices, which have profoundly impacted business growth and employee satisfaction wherever he has served.
