Hyderabad, Telangana, India, December 2024 – Dr. Ragland Thomas G has stepped into the role of Assistant Dean – Innovation in Learning Hub at Woxsen University, a renowned institution recognized for pioneering innovative educational practices in India. In his new position, Dr. Ragland will spearhead the Innovation in Learning Hub, a pivotal component of Woxsen’s interdisciplinary 4HUB initiative, driving future-ready research and innovation across education, technology, sustainability, and social change.

Dr. Ragland joined Woxsen University in May 2024 as an Associate Professor, where he focused on teaching Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, alongside leading strategic research initiatives. His contributions have underscored his commitment to advancing pedagogical innovation and fostering impactful academic outcomes.

Prior to Woxsen, Dr. Ragland served as Director at the Institute of Organization Effectiveness, where, since 2016, he designed and delivered programs enhancing individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. His expertise in executive coaching and organizational development has benefited numerous businesses and academic institutions.

Dr. Ragland has also made significant contributions as a Sessional Faculty and Course Coordinator at esteemed institutions such as the Canterbury Institute of Management, Swinburne University of Technology, and the University of Newcastle. His facilitation of modules on Strategic Management and Global HRM has shaped the academic experiences of students worldwide.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Ragland held leadership roles in HR and organizational development, including positions at Shell, Amazon, and HSBC. His extensive industry background is complemented by his tenure as a Vice President of Human Resources & Organization Development at Zenta, where he implemented transformative HR strategies.
