Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, April 2025 – Dr. Sachin A. Verma has been elevated to the position of Vice President Strategic HR and Business Transformation – Directors Office at GREW Solar, where he will spearhead strategic human resource initiatives, drive business transformation programs, and align HR operations with the organization’s long-term vision from the Director’s Office.
In his most recent role at GREW Solar, Dr. Verma served as Vice President – Human Capital, where he led organizational development and talent strategies that supported rapid growth and expansion. Prior to this, he held the position of AVP – Human Capital, where he was instrumental in streamlining HR processes and enhancing business alignment through innovative talent initiatives.
Before joining GREW Solar, he worked as General Manager – Human Capital at Goldi Solar Pvt. Ltd., where he contributed to strengthening the solar firm’s talent infrastructure during a critical phase of growth. He also held the position of Assistant General Manager – HR & Admin at Waaree Group, a prominent player in India’s solar sector, where he managed large-scale workforce operations and strategic HR projects.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Verma was associated with leading organizations such as Dr. Batra’s International, Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd, VLCC Personal Care, and Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, where he took on progressive roles in corporate HR, administration, and talent development.
Dr. Verma also serves as an Advisor and Mentor at NITI Aayog’s Atal Community Innovation Centre and GIET University, where he supports innovation and talent initiatives that foster entrepreneurship and skill development.
