Drsane also gained operational experience in the healthcare sector as a Coordinator at CBI Home Health, managing workflows that supported patient care and home health delivery systems. Her early research experience as a Research Study Assistant at the University of Alberta further strengthened her analytical and organizational foundations, shaping her evidence-based leadership style.
