Los Angeles, California, United States, January 2025 – Field AI has announced the appointment of Duncan M. as its new Chief Financial Officer. Duncan brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance, strategy, and growth management to his new role. As CFO, he will oversee financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structure optimization to drive Field AI’s mission of advancing autonomous robotic technologies for industrial applications.
Duncan transitions to Field AI after serving as CFO at GoStudent, a leading global ed-tech company, from February 2022 to June 2024. During his tenure, he spearheaded financial strategies that supported significant business scaling and operational efficiencies.

Before GoStudent, Duncan was the Global Strategy SVP Finance at Delivery Hero SE for over seven years, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s revenue from €100 million to €7.28 billion. His responsibilities included corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, IPO execution, and investor relations, overseeing transactions exceeding €9 billion.
Previously, Duncan served as CEO of Kreditech Australia, where he successfully launched the company’s operations in the Australian market, integrating FinTech solutions and machine learning credit risk systems. His earlier experience includes roles at TOMTOM, focusing on investments in technology companies, and Macquarie Group, where he spent over five years executing global transactions across Sydney, Cape Town, and Frankfurt.
