With extensive experience in financial management, commercial strategy, and operational excellence, Dushan is well-positioned to lead ATC Williams’ finance functions and contribute to its innovative approach to engineering solutions.
Dushan joined ATC Williams as Senior Manager, Commercial and Business Partnering in early 2024, where he excelled in enhancing business performance and fostering strategic alignment. His success in this role has paved the way for his promotion to CFO.
Before ATC Williams, Dushan served as Business Performance Manager – Digital & Technology at UnitingCare Queensland, where he played a critical role in budgeting, capital expenditure approvals, and project reporting for a $1.8 billion organization.
Dushan’s notable tenure includes five years as Head of Finance and Commercial at CDM Smith Australia, where he managed finance, legal, and operational functions, led M&A activities, and significantly improved operational performance metrics.
Earlier in his career, Dushan held key financial and strategic roles at Senex Energy, Transurban, and Cleanaway Waste Management, where he showcased his expertise in financial planning, operational analysis, and business improvement initiatives. His journey began with impactful contributions at ASX, Spotless Group, and TNT Express International, building a solid foundation in financial leadership and commercial management.
