Boston, Massachusetts, United States, November 2025 — Ignis AI, a predictive hiring and skills intelligence platform redefining workforce success, has announced the appointment of Dustin Clinard as its new Chief Executive Officer. With a strong track record in scaling revenue growth, building global go-to-market strategies, and driving digital innovation, Dustin will lead Ignis AI into its next phase of expansion and technological evolution.
Dustin brings more than two decades of leadership experience across technology, SaaS, and behavioral science-driven organizations. Prior to joining Ignis AI, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Gatekeeper, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, where he orchestrated global go-to-market strategy across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations—significantly expanding ARR and driving adoption of generative and agentic AI tools.
Before Gatekeeper, Dustin spent over five years at Betterworks as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, helping organizations improve engagement, motivation, and employee performance through Continuous Performance Management™ solutions. Earlier, he served as President and Secretary of the Board at Risk Ident Inc., a subsidiary of Risk Ident GmbH under Otto Group, where he helped expand the company’s global fraud prevention business.
Dustin has also held senior leadership roles at Universum Global, where he led Americas revenue operations before its acquisition by Stepstone, and at Mind Gym, where he doubled the company’s Americas revenue and built a high-performing sales organization. His earlier career included progressive roles at CEB (now Gartner) and engineering and production management experience with BASF, grounding his leadership in both technical and commercial disciplines.
As Founder of Sales Growth Musings, Dustin has provided strategic growth consulting and sales leadership to numerous early-stage companies. He is also an active member of professional communities including Pavilion (Boston) and Partnership Leaders, reflecting his commitment to mentorship and industry collaboration.
In his new role, Dustin will steer Ignis AI’s mission to revolutionize predictive hiring, personalized talent development, and workforce analytics—leveraging computational psychometrics, generative AI, and human-centered design to help individuals and organizations unlock potential, transform careers, and elevate the future of work.
