Jakarta, Indonesia, October 2024 – Dwi Anita has taken on the role of Head of Human Capital at PT Bank of India Indonesia TBK, where she will lead the HR strategy, focusing on talent management and employee engagement to support the bank’s continued growth in Indonesia.
Career Journey: Dwi brings over 19 years of HR experience to her new role. Before joining PT Bank of India Indonesia TBK, she spent nearly 15 years at PT Bank UOB Indonesia as Business HR Wholesale & Global Markets, where she played a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Prior to that, she served as HR Business Partner at CIMB, where she honed her skills in employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development.
