With over two decades of experience, Asma is an accomplished Global HR leader specializing in talent acquisition, employee engagement, digital transformation, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Prior to eClerx, she served as Head of HR for India and led Global Talent Management at Alorica and was Senior VP of Leadership Hiring at Accenture (BPO), also holding roles as an HR Business Partner and Talent Strategist. In Accenture, Asma successfully led the transformation of multiple global HR and talent teams, driving strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Asma holds a degree in law from University Law College, Bangalore, and a Post Graduation in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
