Greenville, South Carolina, United States, April 2025 – Ed Haroski has taken on a new role as Vice President Human Resources Operations at Tech24, the industry leader in commercial foodservice and HVAC equipment service. In this position, Ed will oversee the company’s HR operations across the United States, helping to strengthen Tech24’s workforce strategy through scalable processes, employee engagement, and performance alignment.
Before joining Tech24, Ed served for nearly 11 years as Vice President Human Resources at Milliken & Company, where he played a transformative role in driving talent strategy, workforce development, and HR operations across a global manufacturing footprint. His leadership was instrumental in guiding change initiatives and building a future-ready HR function.

Earlier, he spent 12 years with GE, where he held multiple roles across divisions, including GE Energy, GE Consumer Finance, and GE Power, serving as Human Resources Business Partner and HR Manager. His time at GE honed his skills in talent acquisition, organizational design, and HR strategy across diverse business environments.
Ed began his career with BB&T, where he participated in the Management Development Program and served as Assistant Vice President, setting the stage for a career focused on strategic human capital leadership.
