Pune, Maharashtra, India, November 2024 – Edmund D’Silva has taken on the role of General Manager – Group Human Resources at Force Motors Ltd. In this capacity, Edmund will oversee a broad spectrum of HR functions, including strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, organizational restructuring, compliance, leadership development, and culture transformation. His focus will be on aligning HR strategies with the company’s vision while driving operational excellence across the group.
Edmund joins Force Motors after serving as Head Business HR (Operations) PAN India at Exide Industries Limited, where he managed HR operations across nine manufacturing locations. He played a pivotal role in talent management, employee engagement, and workforce development, contributing to organizational health and productivity.

Before Exide Industries, Edmund was GM HR at Mubea, where he oversaw HR functions for the India operations, managing both corporate and plant HR responsibilities. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Raymond Zambaiti Ltd., Haldex, and Astral Glass Pvt. Ltd., focusing on HR, industrial relations, and administration.
