With a strong background in human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition, Efrat will lead the company’s HR strategy, people development initiatives, and organizational culture to support Mize’s continued expansion and innovation.
Prior to this appointment, Efrat served as Head of HR & Recruitment at Mize for over two years, where she was instrumental in shaping the company’s talent acquisition framework, employee engagement strategies, and HR operations. She played a pivotal role in building high-performing teams and enhancing the company’s people-centric approach.
Before joining Mize, she worked at Konnecto as an HR Manager, where she led recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations for nearly two years. Her contributions helped strengthen the company’s workforce, fostering a dynamic and inclusive culture.
Efrat also held a key role at DraftKings Inc. (SBTech acquired by DK), where she served as a Global Talent Acquisition and HR Manager. She was responsible for executing strategic hiring plans, managing global recruitment operations, and overseeing relocation processes. Prior to this, she was Global Talent Acquisition Manager at SBTech, where she focused on senior leadership hiring, talent strategy, and international recruitment.
Her early career includes over three years as a Recruitment Specialist at Jobinfo, where she developed innovative hiring strategies and helped organizations attract top-tier talent. She also gained hands-on experience in HR operations and workforce management as a Shift Manager and HR Manager at Zepra.
