Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Ekta Chhoda has been appointed as the General Manager, Talent Attraction India & International, Early Talent, and Employer Branding at DTDC Express Limited. In her new role, Ekta will spearhead strategic talent acquisition initiatives, with a focus on early talent programs and employer branding, to attract top-tier talent across domestic and international markets. With a commitment to building diverse, innovative, and future-ready teams, she is set to align talent strategies with DTDC’s mission of innovation and operational excellence.
Before joining DTDC Express Limited, Ekta served as the Head of Talent Acquisition India at Bayer, where she successfully led talent acquisition strategies for over three years. Her efforts were instrumental in aligning recruitment practices with Bayer’s global standards and business goals.
Prior to Bayer, she worked at Sanofi as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where she focused on streamlining hiring processes and fostering a talent pipeline for nearly three years. Ekta also held the position of Manager Talent Acquisition at Piramal Enterprises Limited, where she played a key role in talent strategy development and execution over a span of almost two years.
Her early career includes over eight years as a Consultant at Avance Consultants, where she managed executive search mandates across the pharmaceutical industry, and nearly two years as a Senior HR Executive at Ascenders, a Mumbai-based pharma search firm.
