Before joining Laerdal Medical, Ekta served as an Implementation Project Coordinator, working independently to leverage her interpersonal skills, e-learning expertise, and communication abilities. Her journey also includes a significant tenure as Deputy Manager at DSS Imagetech Pvt Ltd and a Simulation Lab Training Officer at the National Reference Simulation Centre, SGT, Gurugram. Moreover, her early career as a Nurse Mentor for the AMANAT Project run by CARE India, in collaboration with PRONTO International, showcases her dedication to healthcare education and training.
Ekta Malik’s diverse background, including her role as a Nursing Tutor at R.R College of Nursing, complements her new responsibilities at Delta Healthcare. Her extensive experience in implementing healthcare programs, coupled with her interpersonal and communication skills, positions her as an ideal candidate to lead Delta Healthcare’s strategic initiatives.
