Sanket Salvi, a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience across a spectrum of HR domains, has been appointed as the new Head of HR at Drager India Private Ltd., a global leader in medical and safety technology. This strategic appointment marks a significant step in Drager’s ongoing efforts to enhance its human resources strategy and foster a positive work culture. In this role Sanket will also look after Drager Safety India Pvt. Ltd.
A Rich Legacy of HR Leadership
Before joining Drager, Sanket Salvi held the position of Human Resources Director at Servier INDIA, where he was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with the organization’s overall goals and managing a Centre of Excellence structure. His tenure at Servier INDIA was marked by significant achievements, including leading change management initiatives, driving talent management frameworks, and ensuring Servier India’s certification as a Great Place To Work for three consecutive years.
Salvi’s extensive experience also includes roles at Abbott, where he served as Chief Manager Human Resources, and at Raymond Limited as Deputy Manager – Human Resources & Administration. His career is distinguished by his ability to manage and lead HR functions effectively, fostering employee engagement, and driving HR communication strategies.

Sanket Salvi is an MBA graduate specializing in Human Resources from IES’s Management College and Research Centre (IESMCRC), where he honed his skills and knowledge in HR management, making him well-equipped to take on his new role at Dragger.
