Before joining Cell C, El Kope held the position of Finance Director at Tsebo Solutions Group, where she was responsible for financial oversight across multiple international regions. Her tenure at DHL Supply Chain further solidified her expertise in financial management, serving in various capacities including Regional Compliance Manager for MEA and Acting Finance Director for West Africa. Kope’s career is distinguished by her roles in managing substantial financial portfolios, demonstrating her ability to deliver robust revenue and manage significant expenses across diverse geographical locations.
El Kope’s journey with Cell C started in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, where she initially took on the role of Acting CFO in September 2023.
