Cyprus, October 2025 — Elena Logutova has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Àlber Blanc, where she will oversee global HR operations, talent strategy, and organizational development.
Elena brings extensive expertise in scaling organizations and building HR frameworks that support growth and transformation. Prior to joining Àlber Blanc, she was CHRO at =nil; Foundation, where she scaled the company from an early-stage startup to a workforce of ~100 employees across 25 countries and 19 nationalities. She built critical people systems, including a recruitment engine, C-level hiring processes, performance review frameworks, and compensation structures, while also guiding the organization through restructuring and change management.
Earlier, Elena served as Senior HR Business Partner at OZON.ru, supporting IT logistics and robotics divisions during a period of hyper-growth. She played a key role in organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning, while also establishing HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
Previously, she was Head of Talent Acquisition at Yandex, where she managed recruitment for ~1,700 employees across AdTech, Hardware, and Education units. She scaled the TA team significantly, standardized hiring practices, and launched the Yandex School of IT Recruiters to strengthen talent pipelines.
Elena also held leadership roles at Mirantis, RosBusinessConsulting, and Norbit, where she managed international recruitment, opened new offices in competitive talent markets, introduced HR analytics, and authored organizational handbooks. Her career reflects a consistent track record of building HR capabilities aligned with business expansion.
