Denver, Colorado, United States, April 2025 – Eric Strathmann has taken on a new role as Director of Talent Acquisition at EverDriven, a fast-growing tech-enabled transportation management company serving school districts across the United States. In his new position, he will oversee the organization’s strategic recruitment efforts, enhance employer branding, and drive talent operations to support EverDriven’s rapid national expansion.
Prior to joining EverDriven, Eric served as Head of Talent Acquisition & Ops at Bloomerang, where he led the complete recruiting lifecycle for the nonprofit tech company, driving high-impact hiring strategies and team leadership in a remote-first environment. During his tenure, he was instrumental in building a talent function that aligned with Bloomerang’s growth trajectory and culture-focused values.
Before that, Eric spent nearly three years at Drizly, where he led the Talent Acquisition function through a critical high-growth phase and its eventual acquisition by Uber. As Head of Talent Acquisition, he managed the end-to-end candidate experience, built out scalable recruiting infrastructure, and led a team focused on technical hiring and strategic expansion across North America. Prior to that, he held the role of Team Lead, Technical Talent Acquisition within the company.
Earlier in his career, Eric worked with ezCater as a Senior Recruiting Lead for Product & Engineering roles, and also held key roles at Techstars, where he was Global Talent Acquisition Manager, and EMS Software as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development. In these roles, he focused on building employer branding, improving hiring processes, and recruiting top-tier tech talent at scale.
His earlier experience spans over a decade in various recruiting and HR leadership roles across firms such as SPR, NVISIA, Meridian Technologies, and Technomic Inc., where he built deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, technical hiring, and workforce strategy. Eric is also a U.S. Navy veteran, having served four years as an IT Communications Technician on the USS Belleau Wood.
