Athens, Greece, June 2025 – Eleni Androutsopoulou has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Parfums Christian Dior in Greece. Bringing nearly two decades of HR expertise across the luxury, FMCG, and professional services sectors, Eleni steps into her new role with a strong record of building high-performing teams and driving talent development for global brands. At Dior, she will be responsible for shaping the people strategy, enhancing the employee experience, and nurturing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence aligned with the iconic House’s values.
Prior to joining Dior, Eleni spent nearly eight years with L’Oréal, rising through the ranks to become HR Manager Luxe & Operations after an impactful tenure as HR Business Partner. Her leadership at L’Oréal was marked by driving HR transformation across luxury and operations, championing talent development, and fostering an agile, inclusive work environment that elevated employee engagement and organizational performance.
Earlier in her career, Eleni held a key role at Nestlé as Market Education & Training lead, where she defined and led learning strategy and programs at the market level. She played a central role in enabling continuous improvement and building a culture of excellence, guiding both technical and functional teams and spearheading education initiatives in support of business transformation.
Before her time at Nestlé, Eleni worked at PepsiCo as Training & Recruitment Coordinator, where she supported HR core processes in training, recruitment, and employer branding, and contributed to the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Her foundational HR experience includes recruitment project management at Adecco HR S.A., and early leadership exposure as Media Village Supervisor for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games.
Eleni holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey, providing her with a strong academic foundation for her career in HR leadership.
