Endeavor, a leader in the global sports and entertainment sector, is excited to welcome Megan Odell as its new Director of HR Business Partner. Odell brings over eight years of extensive experience in human resources within highly dynamic environments.
Prior to joining Endeavor, Odell served at R/GA for over five years, progressing through several HR roles, the most recent being Associate Director, HR Business Partner from January 2023 to April 2024. In this position, she played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business needs, significantly enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency across the organization.
Before her tenure at R/GA, Odell was part of Momentum Worldwide, where she worked from November 2017 to January 2019. Starting as a Talent Assistant and later moving to a Talent Associate role, she focused on talent management and development, contributing to the firm’s robust talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Odell’s career began with a foundational role as a Human Resources Intern at Blue Fountain Media, where from January 2016 to April 2016, she gained critical exposure to HR operations and business partnering, setting the stage for her subsequent professional advancements.
