Basel, Switzerland, January 2025 – Elias Albino has been appointed as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Syngenta Group, where he will lead a talented Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership team in evolving the company’s global recruitment strategies. In this role, Elias will oversee a new operating model that includes regional delivery structures, global TA Centers of Excellence, executive hiring strategies, and initiatives focusing on employer branding and talent insights.
Elias Albino previously served as Global Services & Solutions HR Head & Global HRBP for Group Finance, Productivity, and Strategy at Syngenta Group, leading a global HR team and driving strategic HR initiatives across multiple business functions. Before this, he was Global HR Business Partner for Group Finance, Integration & Synergies, and Productivity, contributing to Syngenta’s talent strategies and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining Syngenta, Elias spent nearly 15 years at DHL, where he held various leadership roles, including Head of HR for Global IT, Operations & Solutions Design, and Senior Director HR, Global Functions. His expertise spans talent acquisition, HR transformation, and global talent development across diverse markets.
