In her new role, Meagan will lead the recruitment efforts for sales, customer success, partnerships, enablement, revenue operations, and marketing teams, driving Synthesia’s hiring excellence to support its global expansion.
Meagan Simeone previously served as Global Manager, Talent Acquisition – GTM at Synthesia, where she led global go-to-market talent acquisition efforts, collaborating closely with leadership and managing recruitment strategies across multiple departments.

Before joining Synthesia, Meagan was with Navan, where she held roles including Manager, Talent Acquisition – GTM and Senior Recruiter – Enterprise Sales, contributing significantly to the scaling of the global sales team. She also led strategic talent initiatives, such as restructuring SDR plans and creating key performance reporting structures.
Her earlier experience includes roles at Verkada as Sales Recruiter – Mid-Market, where she successfully expanded the Salt Lake City office and led diversity initiatives, and Skullcandy Inc., where she was a Technical Recruiter and HR Generalist focusing on global hiring across various functions.
