Greenville, South Carolina, United States, June 2025 – Elizabeth Killian Douglas has been appointed as Vice President, Talent Enablement at Integrated Power Services (IPS). In this strategic leadership role, Elizabeth will be responsible for advancing IPS’s enterprise-wide talent development and learning strategy, helping to strengthen workforce capability and accelerate organizational performance across its global operations.
Elizabeth has been with Integrated Power Services for over three years, most recently serving as Senior Director, Learning and Development and previously as Director of Training and Development. During her tenure, she has led large-scale learning initiatives, established leadership development frameworks, and enhanced employee onboarding and training effectiveness. Her work has played a key role in advancing IPS’s commitment to operational excellence through talent growth.
Before joining IPS, Elizabeth was Training Manager at Dority & Manning, P.A., where she built foundational programs for skill development and knowledge transfer within a legal services environment.
Prior to that, she spent nearly four years at BP, where she served as Design and Development Supervisor and L&D Capability and Competency Specialist, overseeing workforce readiness initiatives at a major industrial facility.
Elizabeth also spent over 16 years at United States Steel Corporation, where she held multiple roles in training and HR, including Supervisor of Training and Development and HR Co-op. Her extensive experience in industrial and technical environments has made her a specialist in building workforce capability strategies aligned to business outcomes.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and brings deep expertise in leadership development, learning systems, competency modeling, and change enablement.
