Dallas, Texas, United States, October 2024 – Elizabeth Walker has joined AccentCare as the new EVP, Chief People Officer. With her extensive HR leadership experience across industries, Elizabeth will spearhead the strategic human resources operations for AccentCare, guiding talent strategies, organizational development, and cultural transformation.
Elizabeth most recently served as EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at CSL for nearly 7 years, where she led a global team of over 400 HR professionals. During her tenure, she managed the integration of a major acquisition, shaped talent strategies, and significantly increased the company’s external recognition for workplace diversity and inclusion.
Prior to that, Elizabeth was the Vice President, Global Talent and Campbell’s Fresh Business Partner at Campbell Soup Company, where she worked for almost 4 years. In this role, she managed global talent initiatives and helped shift the company’s business model, leading to improved performance management and talent retention strategies.
Before Campbell, she held the role of Chief Talent Officer at CSL for nearly 2 years, where she oversaw talent acquisition and organizational design efforts during a time of rapid growth. She also held various HR leadership roles earlier in her career, including at Lincoln Financial Group and T. Rowe Price, gaining expertise in talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Elizabeth’s early career included several key HR roles at Virtua Health, where she gained foundational experience in HR and organizational development, which paved the way for her leadership roles in the healthcare and consumer goods sectors.
