Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Eman Serafi has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at TAM. Serafi brings over a decade of strategic human resources and business development expertise to her new position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Prior to joining TAM, Serafi served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cool Inc from December 2020 to April 2024, where she was instrumental in revamping the HR department and enhancing employee engagement strategies across the organization. Her efforts significantly boosted the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the region.
Earlier, Serafi was the Head of Business Development at My Clinic KSA in Jeddah. During her tenure, she was pivotal in expanding business operations and elevating the clinic’s brand through targeted marketing and strategic communications.
Before her time at My Clinic, Serafi enriched her HR portfolio at Bupa Arabia for over six years, culminating in her role as Corporate Affairs Senior Manager for Human Resources. There, she led initiatives to bolster internal and external communications, corporate social responsibility, and overall employee well-being.
