Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, June 2024 – EMCC Company LLC is excited to announce the appointment of Swapnil Sant as the new Head of Human Resources. With extensive HR experience across various industries, Swapnil brings valuable expertise to the EMCC team, aiming to enhance HR strategies and drive organizational growth.
Swapnil Sant joins EMCC Company LLC from Whitespot Facility Management (A Damac Group Company), where he served as Assistant Manager – HR for one year and six months. During his tenure, Swapnil demonstrated strong skills in mentoring, employee grievance handling, HR policies, and performance management.
Prior to that, Swapnil worked at Ontime Manpower Supply as an Assistant Manager Human Resources for two years. He managed various HR functions, including employee learning and development, recruiting, and employee relations, contributing significantly to the organization’s HR operations.
Earlier in his career, Swapnil held the position of Business Unit – Lead HR at a Leading Manufacturing Company for eleven months, focusing on HR analysis, manpower planning, logistics management, and talent acquisition.
