Mohali, India — HARTEK GROUP, a prominent player in the EPC sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of Vaneet Gupta as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. Bringing over two decades of diverse HR experience, Gupta is set to steer the company’s human resources strategy towards accelerated growth and organizational excellence.
Prior to joining HARTEK GROUP, Gupta founded The Gifts Differing, where he served as CEO for ten years from May 2014 to May 2024 in Chandigarh, India. His leadership was instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
From September 2011 to April 2014, Gupta was the General Manager of Human Resources and Organization Development at Steel Strips Wheels in Chandigarh. His tenure at the company was marked by significant enhancements in HR practices and organizational development, aligning them closely with business goals.
Earlier, Gupta served as the Global Head of Organization Development & Training at Essel Propack Limited from April 2008 to September 2011, overseeing the learning and development functions across global operations, based out of Mumbai. His strategic initiatives were pivotal in harmonizing HR operations with global business standards.
Gupta also held significant roles at Mahindra & Mahindra and Vardhman Textiles, where he led major talent management and organizational development initiatives that substantially elevated employee engagement and operational efficiencies. His early career at Vardhman Polytex Limited and subsequent years at Vardhman Textiles laid a robust foundation in his HR and organizational development trajectory.
