Montreal, Quebec, Canada, March 2026 – Emilie Harvey has joined Galvion as Vice President, Global Human Resources, bringing more than a decade of progressive global HR leadership experience.
In her new role, Emilie will lead the global HR agenda across Galvion’s international footprint, supporting the organization’s continued growth and operational excellence. She steps into the position at a time when Galvion is expanding its capabilities in mission-critical head systems, intelligent power and data management solutions, and advanced integrated soldier systems for military and tactical teams worldwide.
Prior to joining Galvion, Emilie spent over eleven years at Traffic Tech, where she most recently served as Director, Human Resources. In this role, she oversaw global HR operations across Canada, the United States, Mexico, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. She partnered closely with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives, led talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation and benefits, leadership development, and ensured compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
Earlier at Traffic Tech, Emilie served as Manager, Human Resources and Advisor, Human Resources, progressively expanding her responsibilities in talent strategy, organizational development, HRIS implementation, employee relations, learning and development, and workforce analytics. She began her HR career with Lock Search Group as a Recruitment Coordinator, supporting executive search and talent sourcing initiatives across multiple sectors.
