Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 2025 – Emily Andersen has been promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition – Middle East & Africa (MEA) at Mace, a global consultancy and construction firm. In this new role, she will lead the talent acquisition strategy across MEA, shaping recruitment capability, strengthening employer branding, and driving strategic workforce planning to support Mace’s ambitious growth in the region.
Her appointment underscores Mace’s commitment to internal talent development and its continued investment in building high-performing teams across its consult and construct businesses. Emily will collaborate closely with business leaders to ensure that the company’s talent agenda aligns with project delivery goals and long-term regional expansion.
Emily Andersen has been with Mace for over five years, where she progressively grew into leadership roles within the talent function. Most recently, she served as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition – MEA, and prior to that, as Senior Recruitment Manager based in Dubai. During this period, she played a pivotal role in scaling regional hiring strategies, establishing recruitment best practices, and leading cross-border talent initiatives.
Before joining Mace, she worked with KEO International Consultants for six years, holding positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Team Leader, and Senior Recruiter. Emily led recruitment across Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE, and Saudi Arabia and was instrumental in elevating KEO’s brand, earning multiple LinkedIn Talent Awards for Best Talent Acquisition Team and Employer Branding in the MENA region.
Earlier in her career, Emily worked at Cobalt Recruitment and Randstad Middle East as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where she served top-tier clients in the construction, engineering, and property sectors across the Middle East. Her work included strategic hiring for senior leadership, technical, and commercial roles.
She began her professional journey in the UK with England Associates Kobaltt and Randstad UK, focusing on the construction and residential sectors. Her early experience in MOD recruitment and house building markets laid the foundation for her long-standing expertise in strategic hiring across highly regulated and complex industries.
