Toronto, Canada Area — Emily Fattore has taken on a new role as Vice President, Human Resources & Sustainability at ERCO Worldwide, beginning in May 2024. With 26 years of experience at the company, Fattore is set to lead ERCO’s talented HR team and advance its sustainability profile within the industry.

Career Journey at ERCO Worldwide
Fattore’s remarkable journey at ERCO began in 1998 as an Environmental Administrator, and she has since progressed through various pivotal roles, gaining in-depth expertise in environmental management and sustainability. In 2002, she became an Environmental Officer, eventually moving up to Manager, Environmental Affairs in 2005. During her seven-year tenure in this role, she liaised with company leaders and government officials to ensure compliance with regulatory activities and led over 20 environmental due diligence audits at manufacturing facilities.
In 2012, she transitioned to Manager, Logistics Compliance, where she managed customs regulatory activities and developed a new Product Stewardship management system. She later became Director of Environmental Affairs in 2014, leading the strategic implementation of groundwater protection planning and critical environmental equipment programs. Her effective collaboration with functional leaders improved environmental performance across the company.
In September 2019, Fattore was promoted to Senior Director, Health, Safety and Environment. Here, she strategically implemented and improved ERCO’s sustainability, occupational health & safety, environmental, and quality programs, while ensuring compliance and enhanced HS&E performance. She also coordinated health, safety, and environmental matters for Superior Plus’s Board HS&E Committee.
Previous Experience and Impact
Fattore served as Board HS&E Committee Coordinator at Superior Plus Corp, ERCO’s parent company, from 2017 to 2021. In this role, she led the development of Superior Plus’s HS&E management system, coordinating reporting processes across all divisions.
