In this new role, she will be responsible for leading the firm’s legal talent acquisition, professional development, and recruitment strategies, ensuring the continuous growth and retention of top-tier legal talent within the firm.
Emily Sheldon has been with Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP for over eight years, most recently serving as Director of Professional Development & Recruiting. In this capacity, she managed professional development programs and recruitment strategies, ensuring a strong talent pipeline. Before this, she held roles including Professional Development & Recruiting Manager and Professional Development & Recruiting Administrator, where she contributed significantly to the firm’s talent initiatives.

Prior to joining Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, she worked at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP as a Talent Services Manager, where she led lateral recruiting, integration, and mentoring programs for multiple practice groups. Her experience also includes roles in business development and client services at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck.
