Prior to joining Bluberi, Emily spent over six years at Aristocrat Gaming in various roles, including Director, People & Culture Business Partner. In this role, she was instrumental in managing global talent acquisition and employee experience programs, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.
Before her time at Aristocrat, Emily worked at Aerotek as a Scientific Recruiter/Commercial Account Manager for four years, where she specialized in building strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring successful talent placements across the Las Vegas area.
