Auckland, New Zealand, August 2024 — Dean Curtis has been promoted to Director of People Partnering at EROAD. In this role, Dean will lead the company’s people strategy, overseeing HR initiatives that drive organizational development and employee engagement.
Prior to his promotion, Dean served as a People Partner at EROAD for six months, where he was instrumental in supporting the HR function and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Before joining EROAD, Dean took a brief summer break while also engaging in occasional consulting work, during which he remained open to new opportunities while spending time with family.
Earlier in his career, Dean held the position of Chief of Staff at P^werFinance for nearly two years, following his role as Chief People Officer at the same company. During his tenure, he played a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy and enhancing employee experience.
Dean also served as the Chief People Officer at CENNZnet (Centrality.ai) for over two years, where he led HR initiatives that contributed significantly to the organization’s growth and development.
Dean’s earlier career includes significant roles in Learning & Development at NZ Super Fund, as well as various HR and organizational change positions at Auckland Council and Vodafone New Zealand. His extensive experience in HR strategy and people development has been a cornerstone of his professional journey.
