Emma’s journey at Built. spans over eight years, beginning as a People and Culture Administrator and advancing through roles including People & Culture Coordinator, Advisor, and Senior Advisor. As People and Culture Manager in her most recent role, Emma managed regional HR functions, implemented people initiatives, and supported leadership teams in building an inclusive, high-performance culture. She played a key part in talent management, change enablement, and employee engagement across the business.

Prior to that, Emma served as Senior People & Culture Advisor, Northern Region, where she provided HR support for diverse teams, facilitated development programs, and championed employee wellbeing. Her earlier experience as People & Culture Advisor and Coordinator saw her overseeing onboarding, workforce administration, and process improvements, establishing a strong operational foundation.
