As People and Culture Manager in her most recent role, Emma managed regional HR functions, implemented people initiatives, and supported leadership teams in building an inclusive, high-performance culture. She played a key part in talent management, change enablement, and employee engagement across the business.

Prior to that, Emma served as Senior People & Culture Advisor, Northern Region, where she provided HR support for diverse teams, facilitated development programs, and championed employee wellbeing.
