London, United Kingdom – November 2024 – Emma Weston has joined The Adaptavist Group as the Head of People Experience, where she will oversee the development and enhancement of workplace journeys and the career growth of Adaptavist’s 1,000+ global employees. Her role focuses on fostering an engaging and supportive work environment that aligns with Adaptavist’s commitment to continuous transformation and innovation.
Prior to joining The Adaptavist Group, Emma served as Head of Change Management at RS Group plc. Over nearly three years, she led key transformation projects within the GSBS, Automation, and Data divisions, championing strategic change processes and fostering a culture of adaptability. Her responsibilities included business readiness and program delivery, with a focus on integrating people-centered change strategies across the organization.
Emma is also a founding member of Women In Change, an organization committed to advancing gender equality and supporting women in leadership roles. Through her work with Women In Change, Emma has been influential in promoting inclusivity and culture change within various organizations.
Earlier in her career, Emma spent over six years with RS Components as a Global People Transformation Change Manager and Corporate Functions People Business Partner. She led initiatives to enhance HR processes, culture, and strategic communication, focusing on global HR transformation. Her experience also includes roles as Director at HR Buddy Ltd. and HR Consultant at E W Consulting, where she provided HR and change management services to clients across sectors.
