Dickinson, North Dakota, United States – October 2024 – Eric Kittelson has been appointed as the Director of Talent and Brand at Fisher Industries, where he will be responsible for driving the company’s talent strategy and brand development. Eric will lead efforts to enhance the organization’s employer branding, attract top talent, and foster a dynamic company culture.
Prior to his new role, Eric Kittelson served as Marketing Director at Fisher Industries for about seven years. In this position, he led marketing initiatives, managed strategic campaigns, and played a pivotal role in brand management across Fisher’s diverse business units, supporting the company’s growth and expansion.
Before becoming the Marketing Director, Eric was the Product Information Coordinator at Fisher Industries, a role he held for nearly two years. In this capacity, he managed product data and information systems to ensure consistency and accuracy across marketing materials and sales processes. His contributions in this role were key to maintaining brand integrity and product clarity.
Earlier in his career at Fisher Industries, Eric worked as a Parts/Purchasing Agent for about four and a half years. In this position, he was responsible for sourcing and purchasing parts critical to the company’s aggregate operations, ensuring optimal supply chain performance and operational efficiency. His expertise in procurement and logistics significantly contributed to the company’s operational success.
Prior to joining Fisher Industries, Eric was a Recreation/Facility Supervisor at Dickinson Parks and Recreation for nearly four years, where he managed recreation programs and facility operations, contributing to community engagement and service enhancement in Dickinson.
