New York, United States, April 2025 – Eric Shapiro has stepped into the role of Head of Talent Management at Lipman Family Farms, where he will spearhead enterprise-wide strategies around leadership development, performance systems, compensation, and future-ready workforce planning for one of America’s largest integrated produce companies.
Before joining Lipman Family Farms, Eric Shapiro served as Vice President, Change Management Lead – Global Talent Acquisition at Barclays, where he led strategic transformation programs focused on DEI, Workday implementation, and talent acquisition enhancements. His expertise in business transformation and stakeholder engagement helped align global processes to support long-term organizational objectives.
Previously, he was Vice President of Early Career Propositions and DEI Partnership Management at Barclays, where he contributed to the redesign and execution of early career talent programs, as well as managed DEI recruitment partnerships to support diversity in hiring.
Prior to his time at Barclays, Eric held roles at Goldman Sachs as a Human Capital Management Associate in University Relations, and at Grant Thornton LLP, where he supported the national MBA recruitment strategy. His early career also includes admissions leadership roles at Long Island University and Louisiana State University, where he honed his ability to develop talent pipelines and guide early career success strategies.
In parallel with his corporate career, Eric continues to contribute to the academic world as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Long Island University’s School of Business, where he shares insights from his HR leadership experience with aspiring professionals.
