Pasadena, Texas, United States, December 2024 – Erin Gonzales has been named Vice President of People and Culture at the Health and Safety Council® (HASC). In this leadership role, Erin will spearhead strategic initiatives to foster a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and excellence, supporting HASC’s mission to improve workforce quality and safety globally.
Erin transitions into her new role after a dedicated tenure at HASC. For the past five years, she served as Director of Human Resources, where she played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies that aligned with organizational goals. Erin was instrumental in implementing policies that enhanced employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Before that, Erin served as Manager of Human Resources for over a year, where she oversaw talent management, compliance, and HR operations. Her journey at HASC began as an Executive Assistant, where she demonstrated exceptional organizational and leadership potential, laying the groundwork for her career progression.
Prior to joining HASC, Erin gained valuable experience as a Choir Director at Pasadena Independent School District, where she honed her skills in leadership, collaboration, and mentorship. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Licensed Representative at State Farm, where she developed a strong foundation in client relations and operational management.
