Marlborough, Massachusetts, USA – Allegro MicroSystems is pleased to announce the appointment of Erin Hagen as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, starting May 2024. With over two decades of experience in human resources, Hagen is set to lead strategic HR initiatives at Allegro MicroSystems’ headquarters in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
Before joining Allegro MicroSystems, Hagen served as the Global Human Resources Business Partner at Cabot Corporation, where from January 2021 to May 2024, she enhanced HR operations and strategic implementations across global markets based in Billerica, Massachusetts.
Prior to her role at Cabot Corporation, Hagen was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Wind River Environmental for over a year, where she directed strategic HR efforts from August 2019 until January 2021 in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Her leadership in HR was integral in aligning employee objectives with organizational goals.
Earlier, Hagen played a significant role at OMNOVA Solutions, starting as the Director of Global Human Resources and eventually becoming the Vice President of Global Human Resources, a position she held from January 2018 to August 2019. During her tenure, she was pivotal in revamping HR protocols and employee development programs, significantly enhancing operational efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
Before OMNOVA, she made substantial contributions to Thermo Fisher Scientific and Quest Diagnostics, where she led HR for various divisions, focusing on integrating and optimizing human resources functions to support business objectives.
