Before his new role at Rankia, Sarrio enriched the corporate culture at ESL FACEIT Group [EFG] as the Senior Director of Culture from September 2022 to April 2024. His strategic leadership in London helped shape progressive cultural frameworks, enhancing organizational cohesion and employee engagement remotely.
Prior to this, Sarrio served as People Director at FACEIT Ltd for nearly five years. His efforts were crucial in structuring robust HR frameworks that supported the company’s rapid growth and international expansion. His tenure was marked by significant developments in talent management and strategic HR initiatives.
From April 2016 to June 2019, Sarrio was the HR Director at CRL Management Limited in London, where he spearheaded various HR functions that significantly improved workforce productivity and satisfaction. His strategic insights into HR policies and employee development programs have left a lasting impact on the organization.
Earlier roles included HR Manager at OmniServ Limited, and HR Advisor at the Treasury Solicitor’s Department, where Sarrio developed key skills in training, compliance, and HR management, setting a strong foundation for his successive leadership roles.
